I LOVE letting YouTubers use my music. On this page I am giving everyone on YouTube a license to use my music and photography for commercial or non-commercial purposes. In order to abide by this license I am asking for a few things in return. But first, let me lay things out in a clear, polite manner :).

 

Specifically, I am giving YouTubers the permission to do the following:

 

- You may use my music as a background or as part of your own creative video without being required to pay any additional royalties.

 

- You may use the music in commercial or noncommercial videos on YouTube only. If you’re looking to use my music outside of YouTube, contact me.

 

This license does NOT give you permission to do the following:

 

- You CANNOT reupload my music to YouTube without adding your own creative content.

 

- You CANNOT claim my music as your own.

 

- You CANNOT use my music in any project outside of YouTube without my full knowing!. You must contact me before even concidering it!.

 

- You CANNOT sell my music.

 

To use my music, you must abide by the following:

 

- Purchase or download my music legally.

 

- Credit me by name (Sacred) in the description of your YouTube video.

 

- Link back to my YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/SacredMelodic) in the description of your YouTube video.

 

- Link back to my Bandcamp page (https://sacredmelodic.bandcamp.com/) in the description of your YouTube video.

 

- Link back to my Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Sacredmusic/587737694641030) in the description of your YouTube video. 

 

- Display the song name in the description of your YouTube video. 

 

- If I have a download or purchase link available for any song you use you MUST include the link to the download/purchase for others to have access to!.

 

The exact same thing applies if you want to use my photography.
